The newest issue of Instant Noodles Lit Mag is officially out in the world.
AL DENTE brings together poetry, fiction, nonfiction, art, photography, and multimedia from writers and artists around the world, all responding in their own wonderfully clever and beguiling ways to a theme that started with two little words: al dente.
The result is funny, sharp, surprising, occasionally unsettling, and definitely has some bite.
Instant Noodles is the online literary magazine of Current Words Publishing, curated by the editors of Old Scratch Press and produced entirely by volunteers. Since 2021, we’ve published more than 600 pieces of literature and art, and we’re enormously proud to add this issue to the collection.
And yes, that is a cup of instant macaroni noodles eating a hungry woman’s hand on the cover. We stand by our artistic choices.
